Developer outlines plans to build 530 homes

An East Midlands housebuilder has outlined plans to build 530 homes across the region after securing a series of land deals.

Peveril Homes has bought 75 acres of land across sites in Stapleford, Chilwell, Kirkby-in-Ashfield and Selston, from developer, W.Westerman.

With the support of parent company, The Bowmer + Kirkland Group, Peveril Homes was able to conclude negotiations, alongside another division, Peveril Securities, which purchased a further 650 acres of strategic land, spread across the region.
