Comms specialist secures place of ‘transformational’ multimillion-pound framework

Critiqom, the omnichannel communications specialist and member of the Opus Trust group of companies headquartered in Leicester, has secured a four-year, multimillion-pound national framework agreement for the provision of postal services (Lot 2) with Scottish Procurement.

Accessed by central government, fire, health, local authorities, police, universities and colleges, third sector and other public sector bodies, the combined services of the omnichannel group will bring greater channel choice to recipients of transactional and business critical documents across Scotland.

Critiqom will deliver all services within the framework agreement in-house, including its low-cost day-definite postal service, primepost.
