Office plans revealed for Grade I listed building

Newark landmark and Grade I listed building The Renaissance at Kelham Hall it set to open in the new year with a range of new services, including flexible office space.

The new team will be letting out 35 offices – covering 15,000 sq ft of the building – with spaces to suit from two people to 275, across four floors within the Thompson wing of the former monastery.

The serviced and self-contained offices will come fully equipped with features such as manned reception, unlimited use of the gymnasium and meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone use, and a host of other perks.
