Plant-based restaurant set to take a bite out of Nottingham

A new vegetarian and vegan restaurant restaurant is set to open in the Lenton area of Nottingham following a property deal brokered by Innes England.

Veggie Master has bought the unit and begun its fit out, with the restaurant set to open for business in early 2022. Veggie Master’s menu will include pizzas, kebabs, burgers, and more – with no meat in sight.

The new takeaway will sit on the corner of Lenton Boulevard (A6130) and Church Street in the residential suburb which is popular with students and young professionals.

Ross Whiting, associate director of Innes England, said: “We were delighted to sell this attractive property on behalf of the vendor, and subsequently assist Veggie Master in its expansion into Nottingham. As experts in commercial property, achieving our clients’ goals of selling their properties is our bread and butter. From the initial instruction by the vendor, to arranging viewings, and completing the deal, we offered a comprehensive service that met our clients goals and secured an exciting buyer.”

Veggie Master started out in Derby and is now aiming for outward expansion into neighboring cities.

Balwinder Singh from Veggie Master said: “After finding the property on the Innes England website, which was very easy to navigate through, we immediately contacted Ross to conduct a viewing. Throughout the whole process, Ross has fully supported us in our buying process in a professional manner.

“We will definitely endeavor to do more business with Innes England, and Ross specially for any of our purchases or disposals in the future.”
