Law firm welcomes corporate partner

Corporate lawyer Dav Jaspal has joined Austin Moore & Partners, taking the specialist commercial law firm to five partners across corporate, commercial property and employment.

Formerly a partner at Nelsons, Jaspal has a wealth of experience in advising owner managed businesses, family businesses and lenders/finance providers.

The corporate team, including partner Laura de Banke, advise on corporate acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts and equity investment.
