Data analytics firm sold to London counterpart in £3.5m deal

Listed London IT service management firm TPXimpact has bought Chesterfield-based Peak Indicators, the a data science services and analytics consultancy in a £3.5m deal.

Peak Indicators has a customer base that includes Devon County Council, HSBC, Northern Power Grid, North East Lincolnshire Council, the Ministry of Defence and John Lewis. The firm turned over £3.28m and had an adjusted EBITDA of £190,000 in the 12 months to 30 September 2021.
