First commercial unit opens at £17m Gresham redevelopment

Skincare specialist, SkinSpaceUK, has opened its doors at The Gresham in Leicester after a four-month fi-out.

The Leicester clinic will be the latest addition to the SkinSpaceUK portfolio, which includes seven other clinics in London (Fitzrovia and Richmond), Bristol, Reading, Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester.

CEO, Chris Kerrison, said: “We are very excited to be opening our latest clinic next week. We believe Leicester has the perfect market conditions for our business, which involves very specific treatments administered by professional practitioners in a clinic environment.

“We are confident that Leicester will be just as successful as our other outlets and we’re thrilled with the delightful location in which the new clinic is housed. The Gresham is a magnificent historical building, and it is a pleasure to be based within one of Leicester’s most iconic settings.”

Situated on the corner of Market Street and Belvoir Street in Leicester, The Gresham is a £17m renovation of the former well-known retail store, Fenwick. It is now a high-end 121 room aparthotel, which opened in November 2021.
