Double promotion at property law firm
Boutique property law firm, Landsmiths Solicitors, has promoted two of its lawyers.
Chloe Smart, head of residential, has been promoted to senior associate and Alison James-Moore in the commercial property team has been promoted to associate.
Smart joined Landsmiths in October 2020. Vik Moothia, director, said: “Chloe goes above and beyond for our clients, providing exceptional client service at all times. Chloe’s commitment and dedication to her work and the team are clear for all to see, her promotion is very much deserved”.
James0Moore has worked with the Directors of Landsmiths since 2016. Starting as a paralegal, she is “home grown” trained and qualified.
