£10m land sale kickstarts second phase at Thoresby Vale

Harworth Group plc has sold a £10m plot of land at Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire to Barratt and David Wilson Homes, paving the way for 174 more homes to be built at the site.

The sale, which marks the beginning of the second phase of the Thoresby Vale development, follows Harworth’s earlier disposal of two land parcels to Harron Homes and Barratt and David Wilson Homes in 2019 and 2020 respectively.

The housebuilder will also create a surface water attenuation pond and a multi-use path which will link to a new primary school and local centre on the site.
