Recruitment firm strikes deal with global engineering giant

Kettering-based recruitment firm Wills Consultants has won a major contract with a global engineering company that employs over 10,500 people.

The Northamptonshire company has entered into a Recruitment Process Outsource (RPO) agreement with SSI Schaefer.

Headquartered in Neunkirchen in Germany, SSI Schaefer operates across six continents, making it one of the world’s largest suppliers of intralogistics and waste engineering products.

Its UK head office is based in Andover, Hampshire.

The agreement will see Wills Consultants manage the end-to-end sourcing and recruitment strategy for permanent and contract operation roles across all of SSI Schaefer’s UK sites.
