Successful lettings campaign leads to management instruction for NG

A successful run of lettings has led to a new management instruction for commercial property agency NG Chartered Surveyors.

NG has been appointed as managing agent on the 5,000 sq ft Riverbank Business Park, in Whatton-in-the-Vale, Nottinghamshire, after marketing the units and successfully letting all five.

Charlotte Steggles of NG said: “We’re delighted to have been instructed to manage Riverbank Business Park. It’s a location we know well, and our landlord client asked us to step in as managing agent.

“We’re already proactively engaging with tenants to make their experience as enjoyable as possible. Our landlord client can also be assured that we will be working hard to make the estate perform well for all stakeholders.”

Riverside Business Park is a block of five offices that are either let as a whole or split ground and first floor. The estate has been designed to ideally suit SMEs looking for an attractive working environment.
