365 People, a Leicester-based warehouse, logistics, engineering and commercial recruitment firm, is moving toa new four-storey office building in Leicester city centre.

The premises on Belvoir Street, with the likes of fellow recruitment firms Quest and Pertemps as neighbours.

365 People places more than 750 people each week across its specialist industries. Company directors Paul Vinas and Craig Chapman currently employ a team of 15.

The company opened a new office in Birmingham earlier this year, and has plans to open premises in Derby and Coventry 2023 and Nottingham and Northampton in 2024.

“The move to our new offices is a super exciting milestone,” said Chapman. “Having been founded during the height of the pandemic, we have worked incredibly hard to create a recruitment brand that stands out from the crowd and is envied by our competitors. Our new Leicester base gives us the opportunity to develop our client base even further and truly realise our ambitious growth plans.”

“The growth of 365 People in such a short space of time is something we are extremely proud of,” said Paul Vinas, Director of 365 People. “Moving to our new Belvoir Street office is a reflection of the direction in which we are moving, and we can’t wait to start settling in.”
