Investment sale shows ‘demand still there’ for sub-5,000 sq ft freehold properties
FHP has sold a 4,715 sq ft unit in Mansfield to an unnamed investor.
The premises on Rock Valley comprises of a mixture of warehouse, office and ancillary space.
It is currently home to local bathroom supplier Soak Interiors, whose 10-year lease expires on 7 March 2031.
The sale achieved a net initial yield of 7.76%.

The amount of interest received on this property from day one was great to see, and we managed to receive several credible offers at the asking price. It is reassuring to see that the demand is still there for the sub-5,000 sq ft freehold market.”
