Drinks producer faces uncertain future

A Northants soft drinks producer could be facing an uncertain future.

Soda Folk, which is based in Kettering, has posted a notice of intention to appoint administrators, TheBusinessDesk.com understands.

The company says its mission is to create “star-studded sodas using awesome ingredients to reinvent world-famous flavours”.

The notice of intention provides a 10-day moratorium from other creditor action and is designed to give a business the opportunity to find a way to prevent entering administration.

In its latest accounts for the year ending December 31 2021, Soda Folk had assets totalling £562,117. At the time, the company employed four people.
