Asian street food brand to open in Derby

Derbion is set to add yet another brand to its ever-expanding food offering.

Asian street food brand Chi will open at the Derby shopping centre “in the coming weeks.”

Chi will occupy 1,706 sq ft of space alongside the centre’s refurbished Food Terrace, serving up signature Asian street food with a modern twist.

Derbion has recently invested over £3.6m into its dining offer including £2m into the refurbishment of its Food Terrace, welcoming a host of new brands including Popeyes®, Burger & Sauce and Tortilla in recent months.

Beth McDonald, managing director of Derbion, said: “Following a recent string of exciting dining announcements including Tortilla’s arrival earlier this year, we’re excited to announce that Chi will be opening at Derbion!
