Longstanding team members step up to C-suite

Inspired Villages, the Nottingham-based provider of later living space, has added to its leadership team after two of the people who have been with the company since it began trading have join the C-suite.

Neal Dale takes on the role of chief development and property officer and James Cobb will become cief customer officer.

Dale, who has 30 years’ experience, was previously development director. He will now take on the continued responsibility for Inspired Village’s land and planning, design, development and estates functions, as well as additional oversight on areas including Inspired’s ESG and overall sustainability initiatives.

Formerly sales and marketing director, Cobb’s enhanced remit will still cover strategic oversight of the sales and marketing function of the business, but now include ongoing engagement and wider support for residents through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tactics and customer satisfaction.
