Breedon Group partners with Armed Forces Covenant

Breedon Group, the construction materials group based in Leicestershire, has signed the Armed Forces Covenant.

This firm has earned the bronze award in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.

In the remaining months of 2023, Breedon aims to collaborate with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) to boost job applications and establish an internal Armed Forces Network, enhancing support for reservists and attracting more talent to the company.

Caroline Roberts, group people director at Breedon said: “We are delighted to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and proud to have been awarded Bronze Status. Supporting former members of our armed forces as they leave active duty is vital to ensuring their smooth transition into civilian life, and we are committed to playing our role across the business to provide employment opportunities.”
