Clare Bright

Bloor Homes has appointed Clare Bright as its new sales director in the East Midlands region, where she is heading up a team of eighteen in the sales and marketing team.

She said: “This is a young region for Bloor Homes, having launched in 2020 so this is an exciting time to be joining a growing business. “It’s already encouraging to see the progression path our trainees and established members of staff have within the business. This is something that really attracted me to the role, and I am looking forward to building on a well-established and stable team.”

Mike Kelly, managing director for the region, said: “We are really pleased to welcome someone of Clare’s calibre and experience to the East Midlands region. We have a clear growth plan and have a team of eighty-eight permanent staff working across our construction, technical, land, planning, sales and marketing teams. Clare will be responsible for sales across our current live sites, as well as several new sites planned for the coming 12 months, with significant growth forecasted for the region in the coming years.
