Administrators appointed at Leicester logistics firm

A Leicester logistics firm has called in administrators.

G Force Group, which trades as Gee Force Logistics, is based in Whetstone in the city, and offers services including distribution, storage, packing, point of sale assembly and label production.

The company had posted an application to be placed into administration through law firm Schofield Sweeney at the beginning of September.

On October 13, Situl Raithatha from Springfields Advisory, was appointed as administrator to G Force Group.

The firm’s latest accounts, made up to the end of June 2022, show that the company made a profit of £138,661 – up by just under £4,000 from the previous year.

At the time, the company employed 16 people.
