Nottingham corporate finance firm reveals role in £31m industrials deal

Provantage Corporate Finance, the Nottingham-based advisory boutique, has advised on the £31m sale Bradford-based Alpha Instrumatics, a market leader in the design and manufacture of devices for high-precision measurement of moisture found in gases, to Halma, a global group of technology companies.

Alpha Instrumatics’ advanced trace moisture analysis claims to bring forward safer industrial operations, more efficient hydrocarbon transfer, and more accurate detection of pollutants. The group’s devices are used in the industrial gas and aerospace markets.

The deal was led by Amanda Betts and Lorna Marshall, supported by David Browne, of Provantage Corporate Finance who advised the shareholders of Alpha Instrumatics.
