Developer gets go-ahead to create apartments on high-end shopping street

Developer ALB has been given the go-ahead to create to create 17 bedrooms on a high-profile Nottingham shopping street.

ALB bought the former Joules unit at 25 Bridlesmith Gate earlier this year in a deal brokered by Box Property and Robinson Webster.

Now, the company has been given the green light to change the first, second and third floors from office space to residential use, creating three studio flats and the same number of cluster flats.

ALB has invested heavily in Bridlesmith Gate in recent times and now owns large parts of the high-end retail location.
