Ace deal sees Notts firm gobble up kebab manufacturer

Mansfield-based BAMA Food has taken a bite out of a kebab manufacturing business which produces a range of original, garlic and spicy products which can be sized according to customer requirements.

The firm has acquired Ace 4 Kebabs, which is based in Hampshire.

As part of the deal leading law firm Banner Jones advised BAMA Foods on the terms of the purchase, TUPE and staffing issues, as well as negotiating and finalising a business purchase agreement and ancillary documentation.
