Facilities management firm falls into administration

A Derbyshire facilities management, cleaning and building maintenance firm is facing an uncertain future, TheBusinessDesk.com understands.

Entire Facilities Management, which trades as Entire FM, has appointed administrators after a notice was posted by law firm Walker Morris.

The firm posted a set of unaudited accounts last October for the 12 months to the end of September 2022. They revealed that EntireFM had made a loss of around £350,000 over the period.

At the time, the company had assets of almost £287,000, while the average number of employees over the year was 54, although it website boasts 234 “team members”.

Recent posts on social media show that the malaise at EntireFM may have started some time ago.

Some three months ago a creditor of the firm complained on LinkedIn that she had been chasing overdue invoices not paid by EntireFM, while three weeks ago another firm who hadn’t been paid, said “please think carefully if you are using EntireFM or are considering them”.

EntireFM was established in 2009 and, according to its website, has worked for the likes of the NHS, Burger King, HSBC, Costa Coffee and NatWest.

Although headquartered in Chesterfield, the firm also has offices in London, Lincoln, Birmingham and Manchester.
