Lincolnshire corporate finance advisory seals cross-border deal

Lincolnshire-based Bishopsgate Corporate Finance has advised on the sale of JR Industries, a manufacturer of roller shutter doors for commercial vehicles to Sdiptech.

Founded in 1970 and with its headquarters in Caerphilly, the firm operates across Europe with facilities in the UK, Germany and France.

Sdiptech is a technology group that acquires and develops market-leading niche operations that contribute to creating more sustainable, efficient and safe societies.

Sdiptech has approximately SEK 4,500 million in sales and is based in Stockholm.

James McBain Allan, partner and Joe Bates, associate at Bishopsgate were lead advisers on the deal, supported by Tydus Real Estate (property), Capital Law (legal), and Kilsby Williams (tax).
