Real estate firm completes major distribution park

GLP, the logistics real estate firm, has reached completion on Magna Park South in Lutterworth, finishing units MPS 9, MPS 10, and MPS 11.
The units weight in at 388,000sq ft, 136,000sq ft and 119,000 sq ft.
The units, along with MPS 5 (187,000 sq ft), offer four Grade A, sustainable logistics buildings available for lease.
Concluding a five-year development phase, GLP has constructed 2.9m sq ft across eleven buildings, with the first phase units leased to Amazon, Whistl, Movianto and JD.com.
Centrica then acquired 460,000 sq ft for a new national training centre and logistics hub, while Unipart, an established business in the park, expanded its operations at Magna Park South.
