Partnership formed to help organisations with sustainability goals

Two Nottingham-based businesses have formed a partnership to help organisations achieve their environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals.

Software firm Ideagen is collaborating with Vision Zero Connect, a sustainability consultancy firm to help companies seeking more support in navigating ESG regulations.

Ben Dorks, CEO of Ideagen, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Vision Zero Connect to offer comprehensive solutions for organizations’ ESG goals. From talking to our customers, we know that many find the complexity of the ESG reporting landscape challenging. Joining forces with Vision Zero Connect means we can now not only offer software solutions to help them manage their ESG commitments, but the strategic guidance of Vision Zero Connect to help them shape and implement their ESG activity.”

Ideagen recently conducted interviews with over 500 CEOs and C-Suite executives, uncovering significant disparities in ESG confidence.

Less than half of the CEOs indicated that their strategies adequately addressed ESG risks, with this percentage dropping to 38% for businesses employing over 30,000 individuals.

Rich Ford, business leader at Vision Zero Connect, said: “The goal is to empower individuals, businesses and organisations to take proactive steps toward a sustainable future. Through consultative services and state-of-the-art software, we aim to support the worldwide shift to net-zero emissions.

“The market is waking up to ESG requirements and opportunities. This partnership empowers businesses to take advantage of these opportunities, which define and enhance governance practices, champion social responsibility and implement outstanding and rewarding environmental initiatives.”
