New appointment boosts expertise at law firm’s Lincoln office

Wilkin Chapman, a law firm in Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire, has appointed Luke Rees, an experienced corporate and commercial specialist.

Rees will join its team of 18 corporate and commercial law experts across its offices in Grimsby, Lincoln, Beverley, and Louth.

With over 15 years of legal experience, he has worked with commercial clients on company sales and purchases, private equity investments, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements, and a range of commercial agreements.
