It’s great to be part of the management team, and I feel that I’m already directly influencing the progression of the business.
Skidmore added: “It’s been fantastic to play a part in the journey Chord has been on so far – we’ve grown so quickly, and we all feel like part of the same family. It’s always been important to me to have fun with the people I work with, so to help lead on the development of our incredible staff base is a privilege.”
Stannard said: “Since joining Chord I’ve seen first-hand the genuine vision to let the interests of our clients, and our staff, lead all our business decisions. It’s an ethos we all buy into, and it aligns with my approach to engineering. I’m proud to enhance my skills into the leadership group and take the opportunity to directly develop our growing client base.”
Director Ash Cowdrey told us: “Alex, Fred and Simon have made a huge impact on the business since joining us in our first year. All three share our united approach to collaboration, and this shines through in the relationships they’ve developed with clients, allies, and staff alike. On a personal level the directors of Chord have worked with Alex, Fred, and Simon for many years, and it’s a privilege to see their continuing progression.
