Construction company welcomes new talent from fellow firm

Construction company Miller Knight has added three new faces to its senior management team.

Chris Flint, Andrew Foster and Jamie Braybrook, former senior team members and directors at G F Tomlinson, have joined the Nottinghamshire-based company.

Miller Knight says the arrival of Flint, Foster, and Braybrook strengthens its structure, supporting plans for sustainable expansion within the regional construction market.

Flint said: “After meeting David and the other directors and visiting some of their sites, I was impressed by how the business was set up, the commitment of the staff, their collaborative working approach and the quality of the projects they were turning out. It was also evident the directors had a clear vision for the future of Miller Knight and that they wanted me to be part of those plans.

“In the end, it was a very easy decision. I’m delighted to have joined the Miller Knight team and I’m truly excited about using my experience and knowledge of the industry to support the company’s continued growth across both the public and private sectors.”

Miller Knight chief executive, David Dickson said: “Businesses are all about people. Here at Miller Knight, we take pride in being a great place to work, we have a great culture, and we have built a fantastic team over the years – and that is the main driver behind our successes to date.

“Therefore, adding Chris, Andy and Jamie to our team was an exciting opportunity for us. They are extremely experienced, will be great people to work alongside and will only strengthen our capabilities. We feel honoured to be able to have the opportunity to work with them all, and are looking forward to watching them settle in and helping us to continue to grow.”
