Surveyors make senior appointment in Northampton office

Chartered Surveyors, Eddisons has made a senior surveying appointment to add to its commercial property offering in its Northampton & Kettering offices.
Annette Booker, MRICS, joins the national firm as associate director this summer from Northampton local surveyors, Fellside Estates where she was commercial property manager.
With over 20 years in the commercial property sector, Booker brings corporate surveying experience from Argos in Milton Keynes, Boots Properties in Nottingham, and Peterborough with Thomas Cook.
She will work on rent review and lease renewals on the agency side of Eddisons’ business across the East Midlands. She will also work with colleagues at Eddisons on a range of surveying disciplines in serving the needs of clients.
