Microlise Group, a SaaS-based transport technology solutions provider, has secured a five-year contract renewal with JCB, the global construction equipment manufacturer.

The renewed agreement, which runs until September 2029, covers the provision of SaaS software licences and hardware.

Nottingham-based Microlise will continue to supply JCB with its white-labelled Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform, which is integrated into JCB’s machinery to improve connectivity and diagnostics.

The platform allows for real-time global monitoring and diagnostics, helping to support predictive maintenance and reduce equipment downtime.

It also aids JCB customers in optimising equipment performance, improving productivity and lowering ownership costs.

The renewal extends the 14-year relationship between Microlise and JCB, as the manufacturer looks to grow its market presence, particularly in the U.S.

Nadeem Raza, CEO of Microlise, said: “The renewal of our long-standing partnership is testament to JCB’s dedication to the innovation of their own machinery and services, as part of their own global growth strategy. I am very proud of everything both teams have achieved over the last 14 years and look forward to our shared growth over the next 5 years.”
