Profit and revenue set to soar at Games Workshop
Nottingham-based fantasy games manufacturer and retailer Games Workshop has posted an upbeat trading update to the London Stock Exchange.
The firm said that revenue and profits for the six months to December 1 are set to be well ahead of last year’s figures.
Games Workshop estimates that core revenue will be around the £260m mark – up from £235.6m in 2023 – while licensing revenue will come in at £30m up from 2023’s £13m.
Meanwhile, profit before tax is forecast at not less than £120m, up from £96.1m last year.
The firm’s half yearly report will be released on 14 January 2025.
