‘Milestone’ deal for expanding waste and recycling firm
Burton-based Willshee’s Waste & Recycling has bought Ilkeston firm Stanton Recycling.
The deal marks a significant milestone in Willshee’s expansion, enhancing both its regional presence and service capabilities.
Marktlink was the lead M&A advisor for Willshee’s Waste & Recycling. The transaction was fronted by Marktlink’s Midlands team. The team was further supported by Shoosmiths providing legal advice and Claritas offering tax advice.
Stanton Recycling received financial advice from accountants Ashgates and legal support from Gateley.
