On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Dan Holdsworth

Leicester-based B2M full-service agency, CWA, has appointed Dan Holdsworth as account director within its Account Management team.

Holdsworth brings a wealth of experience from a career that spans digital marketing, brand communications, and client-side leadership roles. His background includes working as digital marketing manager for Derby County Football Club, two years as an account director at Linney Create, and serving as head of marketing at RST Moto. Most recently, Holdsworth was brand communications Manager at TravisMathew (Callaway Golf), where he managed major brand and product campaigns across multiple markets.

Nicola Adams, managing director at CWA, said: “Dan’s appointment is an important part of that journey.His diverse experience and strong track record in managing campaigns and building brand presence are a perfect fit for CWA and our ambitions as an agency. He’s settled in brilliantly already and I’m excited to have him onboard.”

James Grice

Legal services business Lawfront has appointed a head of innovation and AI to accelerate the adoption of modern AI driven technology at its regional firms.

James Grice is an experienced technology transformation professional and was previously head of legal service design at Eversheds.

Grice will support Lawfront’s partner firms – FJG, Nelsons, Farleys and Slater Heelis – to better understand the challenges they face in terms of working efficiencies, collaboration across the group.

He said: “With the tech landscape consistently changing, my career has evolved in the last ten years from a broad focus on innovation to the specific benefits of harnessing AI.

“Joining a group of firms that embrace change and place its people at the heart of the business is an exciting prospect. This role allows me to do the part of the job I love most – solving problems and designing solutions using a ‘human centred’ approach.
