E-commerce specialist hits record on Cyber Monday
Ecommerce fulfilment firm J and J Global Fulfilment has reported its most successful Cyber Monday to date, with record-breaking order volumes.
During the 2024 Black Friday and Cyber Monday period, J and J received 622,733 orders, a 44% increase compared to the previous year.
The Northampton-based company also fulfilled and dispatched 541,592 orders, setting a new single-day record and marking a 30% year-on-year increase.
Additionally, the value of goods sold rose by 56%, while the company’s AI-driven warehouse management system, CommandPort™, enabled the picking of 2,871,077 units, a 48% increase on last year.
