On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

3RS IT Solutions, which offers IT support to businesses, has announced the appointment of Chloe Brabbins as customer experience relationship manager to further support its growth plans.
As customer experience relationship manager, Brabbins will focus on strengthening customer relationships by collaborating closely with clients on projects and ensuring everything stays on track with agreed timelines.
She will serve as the primary point of contact between 3RS’ customers and the service desk, conducting client service reviews and nurturing connections with new potential clients.
She will also support marketing efforts, working to boost brand awareness and increase the company’s presence across social media platforms.
Led by husband-and-wife team, Steve and Leila Souch, 3RS started from offices in Wellingborough and expanded in 2024 by opening another office in Leicester, alongside an office space in Nottingham.
Brabbins said: “It’s only been a matter of weeks since I joined the 3RS team but it’s been great to get to know the team, who have been fantastic at making me feel welcome. It’s been really nice to start meeting some of our lovely clients too and I can’t wait to build on those relationships and help make a positive impact on their customer experience.”
Immy Sheppardson
Digital marketing agency Impression has expanded its creative offering with the launch of a new department and a new hire to lead it.
Leading the creative department is Immy Sheppardson, with over seven years of experience, including five years at the helm of global brands’ in-house creative teams.
Recent successes include launching AXS into venues with redesigns in five locations, enhancing their brand presence and customer experience, and creating a sell-out product with the Cornish Company’s ‘Christmas Dinner Scone’.
Sheppardson said: “Having led in-house creative teams for years, I’ve experienced first-hand the challenges of aligning media and creative agencies to launch impactful campaigns. But at Impression, I’ve been blown away by the seamless collaboration and expertise across the team. We know how influential Creative can be on overall Performance, so having this as an integrated offering within our wider Performance Marketing services means that we’re now able to optimise towards the best results for our clients at every step of the process. It is refreshing to be part of a team where everyone is genuinely committed to working together to achieve the best results—consistently going above and beyond.”
Mikey Emery, commercial director of Impression said: “We’re delighted to be welcoming Immy, and the wider department, to the team, who are expanding and strengthening our offering, bringing new skills and experience to the company and establishing our creative department. The launch of our Creative offering is a development and advancement of our service as we work to deliver even more for our clients.”
