114 homes planned for Nottingham rental community

Nottingham is set to welcome a new rental community as Casa by Moda prepares to open its first neighbourhood in the Midlands.
Casa, North Valley will offer 114 newly built homes designed for long-term rental.
Set to open in Spring 2025, the neighbourhood will consist of two and three-bedroom homes on Radford Road in New Basford.
Residents will be able to use the MyCasa app, a digital platform for handling maintenance requests, contacting the resident services team, and accessing partner discounts.
The app also supports community engagement by allowing neighbours to connect and participate in local events.
Matthew Townson, director of development and projects at Casa by Moda said: “The landscape for single-family rental has never been more exciting, and we’re starting 2025 as we mean to go on with the launch of Casa, North Valley. Looking ahead we have ambitious plans for the future and are looking forward to collaborating with leading housebuilders like Strata Homes, as well as local authorities and landowners, to deliver high-quality new homes across the UK, as we continue to deliver a UK-wide portfolio of secure, high-quality rental accommodation for this undersupplied market.”
Rob Larkin, pre-construction director at Strata said: “Casa by Moda is one of the leading providers of Single-Family Housing, so an opportunity like this to work with them to deliver our family home designs as part of their innovative rental model is fantastic to be part of. Regeneration of brownfield land like this site on Radford Road is a great opportunity to bring much-needed housing to the area.”
