Shortlist for Midlands Sustainability Excellence Awards unveiled

The shortlist for the Midlands Sustainability Excellence Awards has been revealed and features some of the region’s most exciting and innovative small businesses alongside international brands.
TheBusinessDesk.com launched the inaugural Midlands Sustainability Excellence Awards to recognise the businesses and organisations in the region that are making permanent and positive changes to their environmental impact.
Created by TheBusinessDesk.com in partnership with Deloitte and the Edgbaston Park Hotel, we’re excited to bring the awards to the Midlands after a hugely successful launch in Yorkshire.
We received an excellent number of entries, and the calibre of submissions was superb, which gave the judges a tough time deciding the shortlist.
Anna Cooper, West Midlands Editor of TheBusinessDesk.com said: “The quality of entries was superb. This clearly demonstrates how important sustainability is to businesses across the region.
“All shortlisted companies have had a huge impact, whether that is through industry-leading products and processes, disrupting markets, or making a difference to communities.
“We’re looking forward to celebrating their success at the awards in May.”
The winners will be announced at an exclusive lunch at Edgbaston Park Hotel on Friday 23 May 2025.
