“Fed up” clients drive growth at Halborns

Ginny Hallam

A specialist advice service set up by a local employment law firm has grown by over 300 per cent in the last year, according to the company’s owner.

Ginny Hallam, director and employment lawyer at Halborns, knew their fixed cost employment advice service Intelligent Employment would be popular but didn’t realise it would grow quite as quickly as it has.”

She added: “Intelligent Employment has grown by over 300 per cent in the last year. We now have businesses approaching us about the service as they’re fed up with lawyers charging them unknown costs for advice that doesn’t deliver the service standards promised.”

Intelligent Employment is fixed cost, 24/7, provides unlimited advice from a named lawyer and a buddy lawyer and gives the client full access to more than 150 employment documents.

Hallam added: “We haven’t even begun to market Intelligent Employment® and it already makes up over a third of our annual revenue. We’ll be taking on another lawyer over the coming months to ensure that the service that we deliver for our clients continues to deliver our exacting service standards and our advice is always solutions focused and proactive.”
