Humberts splits Nottingham business

Humberts, the residential rural and commercial property agency, is set to split its Nottingham business with both parts relocating following a “strategic review”.
Humberts, which is currently based in Oxford Street in the city, has agreed the sale of the residential operation in the East Midlands (Nottingham, Stamford and Lincoln) as a franchise to Dan Bennett, the current Humberts Nottingham and Stamford manager.
The Nottingham commercial department will also be relocated within the city.
Bennett has been with Humberts for 15 years
A statement from Humberts read: “Dan Bennett is currently in negotiation about a new location in Nottingham and will inform clients when the process is complete.”
Humberts recently lost its head of the agency department and head of office Matthew Wade to Musson Liggins.
With a 172-year heritage, Humberts has 23 branches based mainly in the Southern and South Western regions with its head office located in Wiltshire.
