New restaurant gets a pizza the action in Nottingham
Stonebaked Pizza Co will become the latest addition to Nottingham’s crowded food and drink scene when it opens at intu Victoria Centre’s Clocktower dining area later this year.
The restaurant will join Joe’s Kitchen, Ed’s Easy Diner, Thaikhun, Tortilla, Handmade Burger Co and Coast 2 Coast at the new Clocktower dining area at intu Victoria Centre, which opened in October last year as part of the £40m remodelling works at the centre.
Nigel Wheatley, general manager at intu Victoria Centre, said: “We’re really excited to announce that Stonebaked Pizza Co will be the next restaurant to open at Clocktower dining; it will bring something different to the centre.
“The restaurant is set to open later this year and we are certain that it will be well received by our customers, who have responded very positively to the other eateries at Clocktower dining and the centre remodelling as a whole.
“We have always been very keen that Clocktower dining brings something new to the city, rather than taking away from the high street, and we’re really pleased to be able to bring yet another new name to Nottingham in Stonebaked Pizza Co.
“The offering at intu Victoria Centre has never been better and it is always great to see those restaurants that have already opened here full of customers enjoying themselves both during the day and at night time.”

Director at Nottingham-based commercial property consultancy FHP, Alan Pearson, oversaw the deal.
