Racon expands into Derby

Racon Management Services has opened a new office in Derby in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.

Racon has taken space at 9 Riverside Court on Pride Park. The 1,150 sq ft space was refurbished by the landlord, Ark Capital Pension Fund.

Racon Management Services was established in Glasgow in 2009 and provides consultancy services to the rail industry.

The new Derby office is headed by Steve Smith, who said: “We were looking for high quality office environment on Pride Park in close proximity to our customer base and Riverside Court fitted the bill perfectly in terms of providing a prestigious base from which to launch the Derby office together with plenty of room to expand as we grow the business.”
