On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Frontline Recruitment has promoted David Essam to general manager of the company’s Industrial Division.

Essam joined Frontline in 2007 as a business development executive and has worked his way up through the ranks – first as an assistant manager, business manager and regional operations manager before taking on the role of general manager for Frontline’s expanding Industrial Division.

In his new role, Essam will oversee the running of the Industrial Division in Frontline’s Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Mansfield offices as well as all current onsite contracts.

He said: “It’s a real honour to take on this new role for Frontline. The company is growing quickly, which makes it an exciting time to make the step up.

“My goal is the same as Frontline’s; to offer something different and unique and to give our clients the best possible honest service.

“I look forward to working with clients and candidates old and new as we enter the next phase of the Frontline growth strategy.”

Darren Smart

West Bridgford- and Nottingham-based independent financial planner Cockburn Lucas, has announced two new additions to its team of financial planners.

Darren Smart brings with him 25 years’ experience, having worked for a well-known global bank.

Jackie Willey brings her experience to the Business Support Para Planning team. She will be responsible for providing high quality support at a Director level.
