Law firm set to move to former Job Centre

The Nottingham office of Eversheds has signed a lease for new premises at Water Court in the city centre.
The move to the former Job Centre buulding will take place in the Autumn following a fit out.
In April, TheBusinessDesk.com revealed that Eversheds had to move out of its 35,550 sq ft offices at 1 Royal Standard Place by November when it lease came to an end.
The 18,866 sq ft Water Court building comprises two of the last Victorian textile warehouses along the canal in Nottingham.
The next step will be to appoint a preferred supplier to fit out the building.
