Sandicliffe parks itself at Melton Commercial Park
Car dealer Sandicliffe has taken 0.9 acres of open storage land on a three year lease at the newly relaunched Melton Commercial Park.
The Park, formally known as Asfordby Business Park, has been relaunched by owner Harworth Esates.
Other tenants at the Park include Network Rail, who operate a Rail Innovation and Development Centre for the testing of vehicles and infrastructure from the site, alongside Wirtgen Group, Caldic and S&J European Haulage.
Innes England and Knight Frank have been appointed as joint agents for the development.
