Former agency director joins Loughborough University

Paul Watson, a former director at commercial property agency Innes England has left the company to join Loughborough University.

Watson has moved from being a director in the Professional Services department of Innes England’s Leicester office to become the university surveyor at Loughborough University.

Watson said: “Loughborough has a substantial estate, possibly on of the largest single site campuses in Europe, it has ambitious plans for the future and is on of the top universities in the UK.

“The opportunity was just to good to miss and I am relishing the challenge.”

Watson will manage of all University commercially-let assets and all estate-related legal matters. He will also be involved in the management of the estate as part of Facilities Management Senior Management team.
