Countdown to the big kick-off: Steve Greenwell, Qdos Group

Steve Greenwell, chairman of the Qdos Group, is still on a high from Leicester City’s remarkable Premier League triumph last season. But how does he think his team will do in the 2016-17 season? We found out…
What was the high point of last season?
The high point of the season was the Everton game when the trophy was presented. This was the point most ardent Leicester fans realised the enormity of their achievement.
Favourite other team in your division?
My favourite other team in the Premier League has to be Norwich City as my grandfather played for them. Sadly they were relegated.
And least favourite?
My least favourite team is Arsenal as they beat us both home and away 2 of only 3 defeats all season.
Have you been happy with the close season?
The close season has been interesting with all the transfer rumours, Leicester have been linked with some exciting players. England’s performance against Iceland was a real low point as was Leicester’s Danny Drinkwater’s omission from the final squad.
How do you think you’ll do next season?
We have a talented and settled team, a good manager and supportive owners that provides the ingredients for another successful season. More importantly the fans who have been 100% behind their team.
Predicted finish?
Top 4 finish.
