On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Frontline Recruitment has unveiled the first new member of its team as it embarks on an expansion plan in Mansfield.
Matt Goodwin joins the team at Frontline in Mansfield as business manager, and brings with him two years of experience within the industrial, driving and commercial sectors.
David Essam, general manager at Frontline Recruitment, said: “Matt is a great first addition as part of our plans to grow the Mansfield team.
“He will be responsible for growing the Frontline brand via different sales channels and developing the Mansfield branch in all areas – through clients, candidates and client base.
“We have big plans for the Mansfield office, and are actively looking to hire recruitment professionals of the same calibre as Matt. If you think you have what it takes and would like to work for one of Mansfield’s fastest-growing companies, please get in touch.
Goodwin said: “I was instantly impressed with how ambitious the team at Frontline Recruitment were, and I was made to feel very welcome.
“The recently refurbished offices have made a huge difference to team morale, and we’re really ready to go places now, and take the business to the next level. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in and working with clients and candidates old and new.”
Goodwin’s appointment comes as part of a recruitment drive which will see Frontline create 14 new roles across its six UK offices in Mansfield, Derby, Leicester, Nottingham, Hull and Weymouth.

Nottingham property law firm Brady Solicitors has appointed two experienced property lawyers.
Chartered legal executive Claire Townroe has joined the firm’s conveyancing team and solicitor Jonathan Watts has been appointed to the new role of head of operations.
Claire Townroe joins Brady Solicitors from Actons where she had been part of the conveyancing team for 12 years, qualifying as a chartered legal executive in 2007. She joins Brady Solicitors to work with head of conveyancing Lesley Brentnall on high value residential and leasehold transactions for both individuals and property developers.
Brentnall said: “I am delighted to welcome Claire to the team; she brings valuable conveyancing skills and experience and her appointment further strengthens our busy conveyancing department, allowing us to continue to deliver a first-class service to our clients.”
Townroe added: “I am thrilled to be working with Lesley and the team at Brady Solicitors and it’s very refreshing to be part of such a friendly, forward-thinking law firm.”
Meanwhile, property management solicitor Jonathan Watts joins Brady Solicitors from SLC Solicitors where he was operations and audit manager.
Watts qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and has held senior positions with leading law firms and a FTSE 100 insurer. Before moving into property management law he spent over 20 years acting for insurance companies, where he developed valuable experience in high volume claims handling and case management systems.
The pair’s appointments follow the recent appointment of development specialist Julie Carr as a director.
