Nottingham-based Fraser Brown has promoted three property specialists following the rapid expansion of the real estate team over the last 12 months.

Natalie Barnes, a commercial property lawyer, has been promoted to senior associate and Johanna Goddard and Karen Brammer have secured associate positions in the residential conveyancing department.

Patrick Wood, managing partner at Fraser Brown, said: “Our business model has always been to recognise and acknowledge commitment within the firm and these are three very worthy promotions.

“The property market continues to be buoyant and we are an ambitious team who as part of an ongoing growth strategy, have expanded the department and services we offer over the last 12 months to take full advantage of market conditions.

“Natalie is a very talented solicitor and has been instrumental to the growth of the team. Her promotion is in recognition of this commitment and I look forward to seeing her career continue to flourish.

“Johanna and Karen have over 35 years of domestic conveyancing experience between them and have both heavily contributed to the success of the department.”

With a team of 30 real estate lawyers, Fraser Brown boasts Nottingham’s largest conveyancing department.
