Performers warming up for Hot Property

Nottingham’s biggest and best live music event, Hot Property, is just three weeks away, and rehearsals are well under way for most of the performers. All except for Neil Walker of Faithful+Gould, who we spoke to from the sunny climes of Lanzarote.
Neil said: “Faithful+Gould are very proud to be a sponsor and I personally am delighted to be singing a number of songs on the night.”
Neil’s affiliation with Hot Property spans 12 years, as he performed at the very first event. He said: “Malcolm Wright convinced me to perform. Since then I’ve been involved in many of the events over the years, which I am really proud of since so many great people have been involved and have raised a huge amount for charity. This year we’re raising money for When You Wish Upon a Star, which is a fantastic cause.”
As for his last minute preparations, he said: “To be honest I am currently on a sun bed in Lanzarote, so relaxing mostly! There are rehearsals coming up when I return though, which I’ll be attending.
“On the big night itself I just like to have a couple of drinks and chat to people before I go on just to take my mind off things, and then remind myself of the lyrics before going on stage!”
Faithful+Gould is a world-leading integrated project and programme management consultancy.
Hot Property 2016’s sponsors are at the heart of all the proceedings, they are: engineering and construction consultancies Millward, Pulse Associates and BSP Consulting, as well as project and programme management consultancy firm Faithful +Gould, engineering company Couch Perry Wilkes and architecture firms CPMG Architects and DL Design Studio. Joining these will be the event’s media partner The Business Desk. Cleggs Solicitors, PR agency Cartwright Communications, design agency Blimey Creative and design and print company Chameleon.
Standard tickets for this year’s event will cost £25. For more information about Hot Property, how you can become a sponsor or get on the gig list, contact Max Kwan at mkwan@rhdevelopments.com or visit https://www.nottinghamhotproperty.com/
